Mystical Awakening Through Prayer (7)

Prayer is an important part of the spiritual practice which can lead to a mystical awakening. From a mystical standpoint the intention of prayer is the intention of achieving a mystical awakening in which our consciousness achieves union with the divine consciousness. This union is the same for all people communing through their mystical awakening with the divine presence or infinite intelligence. In this mystical place of oneness, everything that happens with the intention of love and union benefits all beings. This means that when we pray while we are experiencing a mystical awakening and we are in union with the divine presence, can have a profound ripple effect on every other person.

Prayers are our way of experiencing a mystical awakening and connecting with the transcendent self within or the divine unity of nature. Prayer is an inner communication with the spiritual source of wisdom. Prayers can allow one to enter a mystical state of solitude and awakening where nothing from the outside can disturb your internal spiritual self. In this mystical state of awareness one can actively send out the power to improve conditions for all beings.

Mystical awakening from prayer can occur at any point in the day and does not have to be verbalized. Tuning into the natural world can help focus the prayer and allow one to achieve a mystical awakening to connect with the divine oneness more readily. Connecting with mysticism and having a mystical awakening requires letting the self’s ego go so you can be refilled with the divine presence. Prayer helps to empty oneself so the moment of mystical awakening can be lived in and fully experienced.
